Return Window
You may initiate a return within 14 days of confirmed delivery.Holiday Exception: Orders placed between Dec 22, 2026, and Jan 3, 2027, qualify for an extended 16-day return window.
How to Return
- 1Go to Your Orders → Select the order → Click 'Initiate Return'
- 2Choose a reason: 'Defective/Damaged' or 'Change of Mind'
- 3Ensure item is NEW: Unopened, tags attached, no signs of wear
- 4Our team reviews and approves within 24-48 hours
- 5Ship the item back. You (the customer) pay for return shipping for 'Change of mind'. If defective, we pay for return shipping.
- 6Refund is processed to your original payment method (bank or card) within 3-5 business days after inspection.
Condition: New Only
To pass inspection, items must meet these "New" constraints:
- Unopened in original packaging
- Tags attached and unused
- No signs of wear or installation
- All accessories included
Fees & Refunds
Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.
Shipping Liability: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for 'Change of mind' or mistakenly ordered items. For items proven defective within the 14-day window, FairPrice.ng fully covers the return shipping cost.
Refund Completion: Once your return is received and inspected (typically 24 hours), we process the refund directly to your original payment method. The credit will reflect in your bank account or card balance within 3-5 business days depending on your bank issuer.
